Yolanda Garnica

YOLANDA GARNICA age 43 and loving daughter, mother, aunt and friend passed away on December 19 th , 2024. She was born on June 12 th , 1981, in Phoenix, Arizona to Gloria and Jose Garnica.

Yolanda is survived by her two daughters Jazmin Garnica and Jeanette Garnica, Mother Gloria Garnica, two sibling brothers Joe Garnica and Luis Garnica, and one cousin/sis/best friend Valerie Maldonado.

Yolanda was a loving and caring woman always giving her time to others. In her career she worked in education, devoting her efforts to teaching others and helping guide students towards their futures. She later became a client representative for successful companies that gave her the role of a training specialist.

She was beyond a doubt a phenomenal person in every way as a mother, a grandmother, a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a best friend, and of course as a significant other. In her life she loved to travel and set out on new adventures, especially ones thatinvolved the ocean and the snow. Creating endless memories and living life to the absolute fullest. She had a balance in her life and when she was not traveling, sheloved to be with her family and friends enjoying laughs and conversations. Among many things she loved listening to her music and watching movies and binge watch her favorite tv shows and shared these experiences with her boyfriend.

She was unique and even in times when she was upset or angry she stayed true and remained loyal without any doubt towards that person. She was one of the kinds and one of the funniest people ever and adored by her beautiful family and friends and will be forever missed. As a mother she truly was an amazing and supportive mother and led by example in the way she lived and provided for her daughters. She was beyond hardworking and showed us the value in everything you do in this life and that working hard to take care of her daughters was priority above anything else. Our mother was called home by God and sits side by side with him as his beautiful angel looking over her daughters and all her family until we all meet one another again.

Avenidas Funeral Chapel will be having a ceremony honoring the life of Yolanda Garnica on January 14 th , 2025, at 10am to 12pm at their chapel located at 522 E. Western Ave., Avondale AZ following a burial service at 2:00 PM taking place at Sunwest Cemetery 12525 NW Grand Ave, El Mirage, AZ 85335 to be laid at her final resting place.
