Born on January 3, 1947, in Leyte, Philippines, Virginia brought warmth and light to all who knew her. Growing up in Tondo, Manila, she experienced the richness of culture and community, which shaped her vibrant spirit and deep love for life.
Virginia was a gifted dancer, adored for her enchanting performances and a beautiful voice that could fill a room with joy. Her passion for the arts shone brightly throughout her life, inspiring countless friends and family members. Beyond her artistic pursuits, she found joy in the thrill of the casino, where laughter and cheer surrounded her like a winning hand.
In her personal life, Virginia was a devoted mother and grandmother. She shared a loving marriage with Paul Steffen for 39 years, culminating in a lifetime of cherished memories until his passing in 2005. Together, they built a beautiful family, which now includes her beloved partner of 17 years, Raul Gallardo, and their children: Victoria (married to Jeremy), Veronica (married to Candido), Valerio, and Virginia Isabel (married to Ernesto). Virginia's family legacy extends beyond her immediate loved ones. She is survived by her dear sister Corazon, affectionately called "baby," who provided companionship and support throughout their lives. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ruperto and Bienvenida Moleda, alongside her siblings Reynaldo, Josephine, Alicia, and Freddy, who had also touched the lives of those around them.
