With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Ted Hoffman, 54, of Glendale, AZ. Ted had a big heart for animals, never turning away a stray, and he loved movies, TV shows, and video games that sparked his imagination. He was also a cherished uncle, always looking out for his nieces and nephew.

Ted was born in Kansas City, KS, Ted was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Hoffman (Beacham); his father, James Hoffman; and his sister, Susan Hoffman (Welch). He is survived by his sister, Shirley Hoffman (Bennett) brother, James “Jimmy” Hoffman; and brother, Lawrence “Larry” Hoffman. He also leaves behind his beloved nieces and nephew, Christina Hoffman (Nanney), Royce Welch, and Rylee Echols-Hoffman, along with his loving dog, Luna.

A private memorial will be held in his honor. In lieu of flowers, donations to a local animal shelter would be a fitting tribute to his caring spirit.

Ted’s kindness and love will always be cherished by those who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and the animals he cared for so deeply.
