With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we gather to celebrate the life and cherish the memory of Sarahi Yamilet Clavasquin, a radiant spirit who graced our lives from May 24, 2009, until her untimely departure on September 25, 2025. Born in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California, Sarahi embodied joy and brilliance in all her pursuits, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her.

As a devoted student and a member of the Marching Band at Trevor Brown High School, she not only excelled academically but also found profound joy in the rhythms of music that echoed her artistic soul. Sarahi was not merely a participant; she was a beacon of positivity, embracing every opportunity to uplift those around her. Her unwavering commitment to helping others, coupled with her open and welcoming disposition, made her a cherished friend and confidante among her peers. Sarahi's generous spirit shone brightly, illuminating the lives of her family, friends, and community.

Among her many talents, Sarahi possessed a natural affinity for music, having proudly been a member of her church's worship team since the age of twelve. She also explored her creativity through drawing and makeup, each stroke of her brush and pencil reflecting the distinctive vibrance of her personality. A true lover of life, she found joy in the simple pleasures, including her favorite foods of pupusas, tacos, and frijoles. Sarahi's colorful essence was further embodied in her fondness for the hues of purple and yellow, each representing her vitality and warmth.

Those who shared her path were often blessed with unforgettable memories, such as the delightful dance she would perform when presented with her favorite meal or a special gift. Her laughter, which could melt any heart, will forever echo in the cherished recollections of her family and friends. Sarahi also had a special place she held dear—her private room, a sanctuary where her dreams took flight, as well as the enchanting landscapes of the beaches she loved visiting in Los Angeles.

Sarahi leaves behind her beloved family: her mother, Joanna; her father, Alexander; her siblings, Johnathan and Emilia; her treasured grandmother, Sonia; along with countless aunts, uncles, and cousins who will carry her memory forward with love and pride. She is greeted in eternity by her late grandmother, Mami Carmen, whose spirit will surely watch over Sarahi as she continues to inspire those left behind.

The celebrations of Sarahi's remarkable journey will culminate with a Funeral Service held at Breakthru Community Church in Peoria, Arizona, on October 17, 2025, at 9:00 AM, followed by a Graveside Service at Sunwest Funeral Home, Cemetery & Crematory in El Mirage at 12:30 PM. Sarahi Yamilet Clavasquin's luminous presence will be deeply missed, yet her spirit shall forever remain alive in our hearts, a glowing reminder of the beauty, kindness, and joy she imparted upon this world.
