Samuel Scott Castillo, an independent free spirit, was born on November 24, 1989, in Arizona. He passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, creativity, and passion.
As a roofing specialist, Samuel dedicated his hands and heart to a craft that not only provided for him but also represented his unwavering work ethic and determination. His colleagues and clients appreciated his attention to detail and the pride he took in every project he undertook.
Samuel's vibrant personality was complemented by his favorite colors, red and black, which seemed to embody the bold spirit he carried throughout his life. He embraced independence, often inspiring those around him to pursue their own paths with the same vigor he exhibited daily.
He is survived by his loving mother, Christina Fernandez, who cherished him from the moment he entered this world. Samuel was also deeply connected with his brothers and sisters: Miguel, Antonio, Johnny, Diego, Jenny, Marcella, and Francisco. Together, they shared a bond strengthened by laughter and life’s many adventures, creating memories that will linger in their hearts forever.
Samuel also held the cherished memory of his grandparents, Virginia and Diego Castillo, who have preceded him in death. Their influences shaped the man he became, and he carried their love with him throughout his life.
In remembering Samuel, we honor his spirited nature, his devotion to family, and the beautiful imprint he left on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his journey on this earth has come to an end, his vibrant essence will continue to shine brightly in the stories shared among his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
