Ronald D. DeFazio, 88, passed away peacefully while being cared for by his two daughters and son in law in Avondale Arizona. He was a healthy and happy survivor of cancer.
Ronald proudly served in the United States Army which gave him the opportunity to travel to various parts of the world at a young age, Therefore he received great knowledge and memories which would strike up interesting conversations that lasted a lifetime. A few years proceeding, he would marry and father four children. He enjoyed taking his children camping, fishing, to Niagara Falls and Canada to mention a few places.
Ronald lived in Arizona and California for a brief time, but ultimately moved to Buffalo N.Y. and became a snowbird at the Villages in F.L.with his girlfriend Lyn Wagner. Buffalo N.Y. would prove to be his favorite place to reside.
Survived by his beloved younger brother Louis DeFazio, wife Mary DeFazio and family, he left to carry the torch of his legacy survived by his children Laurie and Danny Geremia, Ronald and Sharon DeFazio, Sheri and Billy Kenar, and Joseph and Judy DeFazio. His legacy lives on through his grandchildren, each one a testament to his influence and love: Shauna Connelly, James Rustin, Lexi Laloggia, Matthew Bayne, Sean Bayne, Jaime Wallace, Julie DeFazio, Kali Peskir, Natasha Kenar, Andrew Kenar, Janae DeFazio, Jaden DeFazio, and Jaycee DeFazio. Compounding his legacy future, Ronald is also survived by 12 precious great grandchildren.
Although he may have departed this world, his spirit and unshakable bond of love will always be celebrated and carried on in our hearts. It was our privilege.
