Richard John Brzowsky, known affectionately as Rich, passed away on October 17, 2025, at his home in Sun City West, Arizona, after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 15, 1939, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Rich lived a life marked by dedication, hard work, and cherished relationships.
Rich proudly served his country in the United States Army as an Engineer Equipment Mechanic, earning an Honorable Discharge and achieving accolades as a Rifle Marksman. His commitment to serving others extended beyond his military service, as he dedicated many years of his life to his career as a truck driver, a profession that highlighted his strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
A High School graduate, Rich valued education and the opportunities it provided. Among his proudest accomplishments was marrying his beloved wife, Rosalie Adamski Brzowsky, on November 27, 1972, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The couple shared many happy years together, enriching each other's lives and supporting one another through all of life's challenges.
Rich is survived by his loving wife, Rosalie, as well as his brothers, Tom and Carl, and his sister, Mary. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Kathryn Brzowsky.
Rich's legacy will live on through the memories of all who knew him and the love he fostered throughout his lifetime. His warmth, humor, and steadfast devotion to family and friends will be dearly missed.
