"Richie" 34 years old, born in San Bernardino, CA on November 6th, 1990. Our son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend, transitioned to eternal life with our Lord Jesus Christ on Monday March 10th, 2025, in Phoenix Arizona surrounded by his loving family after fighting a severe case of valley fever.
He is survived by his mother, Lisa Aguilera Romo, his father (step), Chris Romo, his dad, Richard Navarrete Sr, his brother Zachary "Zak" Romo, his grandma Elizabeth "Lupe" Aguilera, his younger paternal siblings, sisters Estrella, Nicole, and Cherish Navarrete, brother's Jordan and Eli Navarrete. Also, his nieces, nephews, many cousins, and friends.
Richard's smile and laugh would lighten any day. He was always joyful and was always there for his loved ones and anyone in need. He never passed judgment on anyone.
Having Richard in our lives was a true blessing. He loved his pets, drawing, music, movies, architecture, weather, and being in his garden. He loved viewing Southpark, Family Guy, and knew all of the episodes.
He attended Lincoln, Cooley Ranch, Terrace Hills schools in Colton/Grand Terrace, Ca, and Agua Fria High school in Avondale AZ. His presence will be greatly missed by all.
Until we meet again. I love you most.
A Celebration of Life is being planned in California. A memorial vigil is being planned in Arizona. Please check his Facebook pages for further information.
