Pablo Ascencio Franco, a beloved figure in the lives of many, departed this world too soon, on May 6, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. Born on September 21, 1974, he grew up surrounded by the warmth of family and friends in his cherished hometown, where he cultivated a spirit that was adventurous and nostalgic. A proud member of the Ironwood High School class of 1993, Pablo’s journey through life was marked not only by his nurturing relationships but also by his unwavering dedication to his career.

Most recently, Pablo held the esteemed position of plant manager at Bell Air Academy, where he received commendation for his tireless work ethic and leadership prowess. A testament to his professional evolution, this promotion stood as one of his proudest accomplishments. He was a beacon of support and inspiration to those fortunate enough to work alongside him.

Yet it was in the embrace of his family that Pablo flourished most. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Regina, and their three children: sons Andrew and Justin, and daughter Alyssa, who will forever carry his spirit in their hearts. His brothers, Ricardo, Rudy, and Greg, along with sister Margaret, share in the profound loss, as do his mother, Maria Garvin, and step-father, Rick Garvin. They find solace in knowing that Pablo's legacy lives on through them, woven into the fabric of countless shared memories and cherished moments.

Pablo was a man of simple pleasures; he reveled in the comforting taste of "Conchas" Mexican bread and often indulged his love of hip-hop and old school rap, finding rhythm and joy in the music that accompanied his days. Game nights at home were filled with laughter, competition, and the priceless camaraderie that only family can provide. Whether immersed in video games, hiking in the serene landscapes, or cheering on the Cardinals Football team, Pablo's zest for life was infectious and unwavering.

His devotion to family extended to everything he touched; indeed, he embraced the responsibility of leadership both at home and work with grace and humor. A favorite retreat for Pablo was Payson, Arizona, a place where the mountains echoed his laughter and the environment mirrored the peace and joy he exuded.

Sadly, Pablo’s passing comes as a sudden and unexpected loss. He is preceded in death by his father, Ricardo, and step-father, Gilbert Cardenas, whose memories continue to shape the lives of those left behind.

A memorial service honoring Pablo will be held on May 12, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Avenidas Funeral Chapel located at 522 E Western Ave in Avondale, Arizona.

As we gather to remember and celebrate the rich tapestry of Pablo's life, let us hold dear the moments shared, the lessons learned, and the enduring love that binds us. Though he has departed from our sight, his spirit will forever illuminate our paths.
