Mike Lopez Kramer, a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully in Phoenix, Arizona, on December 19, 2024. Born on November 17, 1946, in the same vibrant city that would cradle him through life's ups and downs, Mike led a life characterized by simplicity and genuine warmth.
A man of a humble spirit, Mike was often recognized for his unwavering love for those he cherished. He believed that happiness could be found in the uncomplicated joys of life, and this perspective shaped his interactions with family and friends. He was a simple man that did not need much, and it was this ethos that endeared him to many.
Educated through high school, Mike's journey was complemented by passions that brought him joy, including collecting coins and tending to his beloved garden. In his younger years, he took thrill-seeking to new heights with his adventurous spirit, indulging in skydiving. These activities not only filled his life with happiness but also allowed him to forge cherished memories with others.
He is survived by his former wife, Margaret Kramer, and their three sons, Michael, Mark, and Albert Kramer, as well as their daughter, Debbie Chacon. Mike also leaves behind a legacy that includes seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, each of whom holds a special place in their hearts for their father and grandfather.
As we gather to honor Mikes memory, a memorial service will be held at Avenidas Funeral Chapel in Avondale, Arizona, on January 24, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This will be a time to celebrate the life of a man who was not just a father or grandfather, but a true friend and confidant.
Mike Lopez Kramer's presence will be profoundly missed, yet his spirit, love, and memories will forever enrich the lives of those who knew him.
