Marc Anthony Jimenez, a beloved son, brother, and father, was called home far too soon on November 25, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona. Born on January 28, 2001, Marc radiated love and laughter throughout his life. He was a lively spirit with an infectious smile, known to be the life of the party. His passion for humor and joy brought warmth to the hearts of those who knew him, creating countless cherished memories.
Marc graduated from Canyon State School, a proud accomplishment that laid the foundation for his dedicated career as an apprentice in construction. He approached every task with a hardworking determination and a loyal spirit, earning the respect and admiration of his peers. Beyond his work ethic, it was Marc’s caring nature that will always be remembered by his family and friends. He was a trusting and loving individual, a man who deeply valued his relationships, always ready with a joke to brighten someone's day.
An avid sports fan, Marc found great joy in cheering for his favorite teams—the San Francisco 49ers and the Chicago Bulls. He enjoyed music, finding solace in its rhythms, and had a particular passion for lowrider cars, often attending car shows where he showcased his love for the culture. He had a vibrant personality that shone through in all aspects of his life, whether he was sharing laughter with friends or bonding with family.
Marc leaves behind his loving mother, Celia Artemisa Jimenez; his cherished son, Ayden Anthony Rios; and his brother and sisters, Johnny Angel Hernandez, Brianne Aliyah Jimenez, and Emma Alize Jimenez. Each of them will carry forward his spirit in their hearts, holding tightly to the beautiful memories they created together.
Services in honor of Marc will be held on December 9, 2024, at Avenidas Funeral Chapel in Avondale, AZ. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, followed by a Rosary at 3:00 PM. The gathering of family and friends will allow for shared stories, laughter, and tears, a fitting tribute to a man whose laughter echoed in the lives of many.
Though Marc's time with us was heartbreakingly short, his spirit will forever illuminate the lives he touched. As we remember Marc, let us carry forward his legacy of love, laughter, and joy, for he will always remain in our hearts.
