Hope Perez, 77, of Avondale, Arizona, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on August 8, 1947, in Kingsville, Texas, to Juana and Luciano De La Paz, Hope grew up with strong family values and a generous heart. She relocated to Cashion, Arizona, in 1973, where she built a beautiful life rooted in love, resilience, and community.
Hope was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her beloved sister, Linda Gonzales, and her five children: Doreen, Sylvia, Gabriel, Veronica, and Ruben. Her legacy lives on through her 23 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought immense joy and pride to her life.
Professionally, Hope was a dedicated environmental worker, known for her strong work ethic and commitment to making a difference in her community.
She will be remembered for her warm spirit, unwavering love for her family, and the strength and grace with which she lived her life. Her presence will be deeply missed and her memory forever cherished.
