Phoenix

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gael Garcia, a vibrant young man whose spirit shone brightly in the lives of those fortunate enough to know him. Born on June 28, 2005, and taken from us far too soon on June 29, 2025, Gael was just beginning to spread his wings and explore the world.

Gael's life was filled with the joyful curiosity that defined him. He was active and inquisitive, embracing every moment with a loving and affectionate nature that endeared him to friends and family alike. He had a passion for learning, having completed his high school education and laying the foundation for a promising future. He worked diligently in costume service and demonstrated craftsmanship as a carpenter, showcasing his creativity and commitment to his work.

In his leisure time, Gael could often be found enjoying his hobbies, which included riding his bike, golfing, and bowling—activities that not only brought him joy but connected him with friends and family in fun-filled gatherings. Those who knew him will forever cherish the sight of his bright smile and the sound of his laughter echoing in the air during these moments.

Gael had a taste for life that extended beyond his hobbies. He was fond of indulging in sushi and savored a good steak, delighting in the comforts of delicious meals shared with his loved ones. His favorite colors, black, white, and red, reflected the striking personality that he brought to every room he entered.

His life was tragically cut short following a bike accident in Phoenix, Arizona, leaving a void that can never truly be filled. The love he showed to his family, particularly to his mother, Estela Banuelos, his father, Geraldo Garcia, and his brother, Gerardo Garcia Jr., will forever be etched in their hearts. Gael was not just a son and brother; he was a cherished companion and a friend whose love knew no bounds.

As we gather to celebrate and remember Gael's beautiful soul, we invite friends and family to join in a visitation to honor his memory. This will be held on July 6, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, located at 522 E Western Ave, Avondale, Arizona 85323.

Gael Garcia will be remembered not only for the exceptional young man he was but for the love he shared, the kindness he instilled in those around him, and the bright future that now remains a cherished memory. His journey may have ended, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
