Darling Mary Quitugua Bamba, affectionately known as "Doll," passed away on August 4, 2025, in Goodyear, Arizona, at the age of 81 years. Born on October 6, 1943, in the picturesque lands of Guam, she embodied the spirit and vibrancy of island life, which she cherished deeply throughout her existence.

Darling lived embraced by the warmth of family and buoyed by cherished memories of her earlier years in Guam, later finding a loving home in Arizona. Her life was a delightful tapestry woven with laughter, dance, and the occasional cheeseburger, showcasing a palate that enjoyed the flavors of life to their fullest. She found joy in the simple pleasures—dancing, writing, savoring good food, and listening to music—all aspects that colored her days with happiness. Among her many loves, a special fondness lingered for Chamorro Village, a place she considered a haven of memories and experiences.

Her departure from this world came peacefully at home, surrounded by her beloved family, a testament to the love that radiated from her heart and the bonds she fostered throughout her life. Darling leaves behind a vibrant legacy through her children: David Camacho Jr, Bruce Camacho, Germaine Quitugua (George) Ryan Camacho, Desiree Aguilar (Peter), Boss Camacho, Leialoha Crisostomo (Sterling), Starlet Closas (Osmund), Lovejoy Santos (Michael Biodrowski). She was blessed with an extraordinary lineage that includes 31 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom will carry forth her spirit and values.

Darling reunites with her husband, Vicente Bamba, who predeceased her, along with her children Iwalani Camacho (Tom Manilisay). She is also reunited with her beloved parents, Jose Perez Quitugua and Josefina Mafnas Mendiola.

A farewell to this remarkable woman will be honored with significant services. The day will commence with a Visitation at Avenidas Funeral Chapel in Avondale, Arizona, on August 17, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM, followed by the recitation of the Rosary. The Funeral Service will convene at the same venue at 2:00 PM, concluding at 3:00 PM. These gatherings will serve as a poignant reminder of the light she brought into the lives of countless individuals.
